Need to make a return?
It is Frumalicious’ goal that each customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return any items for a refund. Items need to be returned within 7 days of authorization, must not have been worn, washed, torn, or tailored, and must remain in sellable condition. You must email for an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We recommend using shipping options which are trackable (like UPS or FedEx) because the customer is responsible for the safe return of merchandise.
Full Refund Policy
The full cost minus our actual shipping cost will be refunded to you. There is no restocking fee or other penalties. Please be aware that our actual shipping costs vary from the flat rates we provide out customers.
Partial Return Policy
Partial returns are absolutely no problem. Be sure to inform us about the number of items you are returning.
How to make a return:
You must send an email to email@example.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include the following information:
- invoice number
- item(s) identification
- reason for return
